Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
At Beastify, we strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Please review our returns, exchange, and cancellation policies below:
1. Order Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order on WhatsApp +91 8919978801 or Email us to help@beastify.in
- It’s better to make sure to confirm your order details before you checkout (size, colour, billing and shipping addresses, etc.,). Once your order has been shipped, We will not be able to make any changes. Try to contact us within 2 hours after placing the order for cancellations. We will try our best to serve you. However, please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
- Once your order is sent for processing, it cannot be modified. However, if you're not satisfied with the product after it is delivered, simply reach out to our customer care team. We'll gladly assist you with the return, and your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- General Returns: If you are not satisfied with the product, if it doesn't meet your expectations, or you've simply changed your mind, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition - unwashed, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect (such as a hole in the fabric) or a printing error caused by us, we will gladly refund the item after you return it. You are required to send images and a video of the defective product to our customer support. A refund will be processed once the images and video have been verified.
- Print Errors: If there is an error in the print (such as incorrect designs or colours due to our mistake), we will process a return free of charge. You are required to send images and a video of the misprinted product to our customer support. A refund will be processed once the images and video have been verified.
- Size Discrepancies: If there is a size discrepancy (Example: you ordered a t-shirt size M but received a size XL), we will gladly offer a free return at no additional cost to you.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer size, style, or color exchanges. We do not offer exchanges for any reason. If you receive a damaged product, you may return it for a refund. Please ensure you select the correct size, style, and color before placing your order.
- Bulk orders: Do not place an order in bulk quantity without contacting us, if you are unsure about your size, first order a single piece as a sample to know your best fit. We will not accept any return or exchange requests for bulk orders.
- Refunds: If you return a product, your refund will be processed within 8 business days after we receive the item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
To request a return, please contact us within 10Â days of receiving your order with detailed information about the issue, including pictures and images of the defective product. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition - unwashed, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will need to cover the cost of reshipping which will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to uncertain circumstances. Please allow extra time for processing and shipping during peak seasons.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- The estimated delivery time Is 7-9 business days. (sometimes deliveries may vary and take longer than usual around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control)
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
