How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery, and UPI. The payment options we provide include: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Rupay, Diners Club, UPI, NetBanking, Paytm, Airtel Money, Amazon Pay, PayZapp, Freecharge, and MobiKwik.
When will this item be back in stock?
As soon as possible! We want you to be happy and wear our shirts! Our manufacturing team is working hard to replenish our inventory. While we don't have specific restock dates, please check back regularly!
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified. However, if you're not satisfied with the product after delivery, simply reach out to our customer care team. We'll gladly assist you with returns, and your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
How can I return or exchange something?
We offer a 7-day return policy. Please review our return and exchange instructions for more details.
What are the care instructions for your garments?
Washing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.
Bleaching: Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
Drying: Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for longevity. Avoid dry cleaning.
Ironing: Use a cool iron, inside-out if necessary. Do not iron over any decorations.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them. Check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, contact us at support@beastify.in, and we’ll confirm your order status.
Can I get a discount on my order? Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount on your first order. We also provide a 5% discount on all prepaid orders.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it via WhatsApp at +91 8919978801 or email us at help@beastify.in. Try to reach us within 2 hours of placing your order for the best chance of cancellation. However, please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
My order didn’t go through, but I was charged. Why?
If your order attempt fails and you see a hold on your account, it’s likely a temporary hold by your bank. The transaction was likely declined due to the information provided not meeting security requirements. These funds will be returned to your account after the bank’s authorization expires, which can take up to seven days. This process is controlled by your bank.
Do I get a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number for domestic orders.
